Dear Ernie:
I enclose letter from Roger in connection
with the Endo case.
Would you be willing to take the trouble
of seeing Purcell, and trying to talk him into getting
the Judge to deny the petition, file and perfect im-
mediately an appeal to the Circuit Court, and then ar-
range for immediate certification.
I appreciate this is a tall task, but
I know you will do what you can.
