UBJuCT: TRANSFER OF EQUIPLENT
m"
by It has been reported to this office thet certain of the
personnel are taking upon themselves the liberty of transfering type-
writers and othe
squipment between offices without consulting either
the Administrative Off. -or the Chief of the Section from which the
a oe
equipment is removed, The principal point of complaint concerns type-
writers that are exchanged during the evening hours, so that certain
ps.
~ offices are deprived of the ~
ypewriters they have requisitioned and
been assigned,
ee Since control of office equipment has been vested in the
Administrative Branch you are requested to notify this office of your
needs with respect to typewriters and other equipment so that service
can be rendered through the normal channels of supply. All equipment is
assigned to definite offices, and should not be moved without clearance
