MEMORANDUM TO POST MASTERS 3

The herewith enclosed forms WDC-PM 4 and 5 are to be handed to

applicants for exemption from evacuation and curfew, it is sug-

gested that not more than two copies each be given to an applicant

in order to prevent wastagee It is not contemplated that any

Post Master be called upon to render any service other than the

furnishing of forms to the applicant. Notwithstanding the state-

ments made in paragraph 3, form WDC-PM 4, the herewith enclosed

forms are being furnished for the time being to only the Post

Masters of first and second class post offices in the states of

Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Nevada,

and Utah.
