1. Certain difficulties have been experienced in our

"Mail Room and at the Reception Desk of the Hotel Whitcomb,

because members of the personnel are receiving large quanti-

a proper form of address is used,

delivered in this building. This can be done by adding the

title, "Wartime Civil Control Administration, 4th Floor, Whitcomb

Hotel", and thus avoid the delay and confusion that results when

letters are misdirected to the Hotel Desk, _
