Center Managers
SUBJECT; Instruction Covering Press Relation
and Releases
The Commanding General, Western Defense Command and Fourth Army
directs:
1, All press relations pertaining to matters within Assembly and
Reception Centers will be handled through a Press Relations Representative
designated by authority of the Civil Affairs Division of the estern
Defense Command,
2, Press Relations Representatives designated to date are:
