"Unless fire buckets are returned to the barrels
within a week, the interior police will be forced to

10 were being taken with the mistaken belief that they
were not needed there. But buckets are needed at Block
10 as well as anywhere clsce Nicholson stressed that
the absence of fire buckets crceatos a fire hazard that
endangers the lives and property of everyone in the
Center.

who had not previously
registered, but there were
few applicants who re-
registered because of change
of addresses.

quired to re-register, but
they, along with the new

the County Clerk for ab-
