Dear Sir:
tn the purchase of our State of California Bear
flags, from time to time a considerable discrepancy
of color, design and quality has been noticed.
This discrepancy has been a continual source of
disturbance to Mr. Robert Stewart, Senior Buyer,
Purchasing Division, Sacramento, and largely through _
his efforts, State-wide attention was directed te iM
the fact that there was no officially recognized
' State flag. |
With true cooperative spirit, everyone pitched in
and Senate Blil No. lOLL was passed and the attached
steve of Calivornia Specification T52-J-03 promilgated
on the authority of this bill."
