Enclosed is a better sample of the Bear Flag colors than
- was attached to one of my preliminary drawings. For more
complete information, I believe the following color index
references are as close as is practicable:

Will you please tes me know sthianieiie the final color rendering
was received and whether in cent condition. I trust it meets
all your various requirements. Also I hope to have your
reply to my inquiry about state sales tax - whether or not
applicable to sales to the State Department of Finance -
so I can go ahead and submit my bill. (This is being written
at my office in Golden Gate Park, so your letter may have
arrived at home this morning.)
