Dear Dr. Bowman: -
My reply to your interesting letter of the lst has been -
waiting confirmation of some appointments in Sacramento (c)
for a day this week. At present writing it appears to be |
this Thursday.

be made to see him during the day. I will have one other
call, the time to be established by phone after I arrive.
May I suggest you call Mr. Links and set up a conference,
if possible for the afternoon after two, otherwise in the
morning some time between ten and iwelve (my luncheon
date is for 12:15). If Dr. Storer can be roped in for a
meeting, fine. In any case, I would like very much to
talk things over with you, whether the others can join
in or not. I'll either phone or come directly to the 1108
R Street office when I arrive in Sacramento.
There is a poss ibility of my itieine over until Friday
morning if necessary -- in case I cannot manage to get in
all three calls in the one day. - ee
